Employee Expertise
We have over 15 employees with a variety of expertise in all areas of outdoor interests, including bicycle racing, backpacking, kayaking and disc golf. They enjoy the same things you do, and use the same gear you use, so they know what you need and want. From full-time employees who have been with us for over 20 years to part-time college students, our staff is trained and qualified to serve you.

Bicycle Service and Repair
Servicing and repairing bicycles is more difficult than ever, as we see customers with highly technical road bikes and mountain bikes, and other customers with 25-year-old bikes with much different components and design. Our mechanics work hard to be able to skillfully repair all ages, makes and models of bicycles, so that we can adequately serve you.

These same mechanics build every bike we sell, and adjust them for you when you purchase them. In addition, we provide a free 30-day check for all bikes bought here.

Customer Assistance
Remember when you used to go to a store and the employees would help you find what you really needed, not just take your money? We do that! We will help you find gear that fits your needs, and then make sure it is adjusted and ready to use. We’ll fit your pack, help you try on boots, adjust your bike, and do whatever we can to make sure you have what you need.

Product Assistance Warranty
Whether your product is broken or just missing a part, we’ll try to help you fix it. We carry repair parts for much of our gear, and have resources to find repair parts for others. We can also do repair work on bicycles, tent poles, and some other products.

Seminars and Community Support
We love the outdoors, and one of our goals is to see more people outside riding bikes, hiking, fishing, canoeing… enjoying the outdoors! To that end, we hold free seminars frequently and also support local educational efforts such as kids’ bike safety events and outdoor days at K-State and Fort Riley.

Gift Certificates, Gift Registry
Pathfinder products make great gifts, but they are often difficult to choose for someone else. We can help! Gift certificates are available in any denomination, and are quite popular, as many of our customers enjoy the shopping experience as much as they enjoy the actual gift.

We also offer a gift registry so customers can identify specific items they want, including sizes and colors, to assist their loved ones with shopping.
